It’s Halloween 2023, and zombies have taken over Northern Virginia. Springfield is teeming with the undead hordes of the once-living populace. Battered and bruised from the horrific events of the past few days, you unexpectedly stumble upon a massive building bearing the sign “Genesis of Springfield”. The entrance door hangs loosely from its broken hinges, eerily squeaking as the dusty wind blows through the cracked glass. You carefully step inside the dealership, minding your step to avoid any debris that might alert the zombies to your presence. Evading the scattered remains, your foot suddenly hits something sticky. You look down to discover a pool of dark crimson blood, with a trail leading down the main hallway and past the service station. Illuminated by flickering fluorescent lights, you follow the red trail until it abruptly ends in front of a door marked “Key Room”. Perfect. You’ve been on foot for so long, and a vehicle could make the journey to Colorado, the rumored safe zone, much quicker...
