SO EXCITING TO SHARE that my journey is now leading me to body building competitions.
There are many reasons why i chose this… but this feels immensely deeper to me than packing on muscle and getting lean particularly because I’ve spent 3 years now healing my relationship with food & body image… I can’t think of a better way to combine everything I’ve learned.
I want to show women that just because you have physique goals, or want to be good at something, or want to compete, it doesn’t mean you have to come from a toxic or negative place. There is space for both the heart and the ego in this human experience.
Winning is fun! drive is fun! Competing is fun! You can also love yourself the ENTIRE WAY.
and I’m so tired of the world telling us we have to choose beyond excited for this journey! Thanks for being here!
