Kirsty speaks to one of Britain's most successful swimmers of all time, Mark Foster. During his long career in the pool, Mark collected 51 international medals, including six at the World Championships, broke eight world records, competed at five Olympic Games, and was selected as Team GB's flag bearer at the 2008 Games in Beijing. Mark explains why he thinks being around people who were better than him made him strive harder towards achieving his goals in the pool, and why it's important to learn from everything you do, irrespective of whether you see the outcome as a success or a failure.
