Dennis's unique bio starts with a powerful statement of how he aspires to be remembered, and it's nothing short of remarkable:

"I am the most caring, loving, and compassionate man you will ever meet. Everyone who meets me is left feeling encouraged, inspired, and filled with hope. I am a great listener and sounding board to share ideas or problems with. My insight, discernment, and wisdom are supernatural. It's as if God is whispering in my ear all the right questions, answers, and insights you need, when you need them. I make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. My words and prayers bring healing to wounded hearts. I am being used as an instrument of transformation in lives all over the world."

Dennis's journey encompasses various roles: Husband, Father, Grandfather, USAF Veteran, Friend, Mentor, and Coach. He exudes a passion and zeal for God, family, and people that is truly contagious.

His career path is equally remarkable. After serving for 23 years in the United States Air Force in a senior consultant role, where he impacted everything from unit-level manning requirements to solving Congressional-level inquiries, Dennis transitioned into Leadership Coaching. He obtained certification with the Maxwell Leadership Team and became a faculty member, mentoring new coaches and developing curriculum used globally.

Dennis's love for leadership is a culmination of wisdom gained from a diverse range of experiences, including being a husband, father, grandfather, pastor, military professional, business owner, and university faculty member. His heart is set on enhancing leadership development from aspiring leaders to C-Suite executives.

Dennis holds a BS in Human Resource Management and an MBA. He is also certified by Global Priority Solutions as a Specialist in Values-Based Leadership Roundtables, a transformative method of personal growth and leadership development that impacts nations worldwide.

Outside his professional endeavors, Dennis enjoys running, reading, and following professional sports. He is married to Jamie LaRue and is the proud parent of three amazing grown children, with five precious grandchildren.
