Der er brug for nye kompetencer og (mere) arbejdskraft, der passer til fremtidens udfordringer, hvis vi skal redde klimaet og leve i en bæredygtig verden i fremtiden. Det vil formentlig føre til en mindre revolution på arbejdsmarkedet i de kommende år. Men hvordan skal fremtidens grønne arbejdskraft se ud? Hvilke (grønne) kvalifikationer er påkrævet – og hvilke nye jobmuligheder giver det?
Det undersøger vi i denne udgave af The Green Deal, hvor vi taler med Signe Tychsen Philip, underdirektør i Dansk Industri – med ansvar for erhvervs- og arbejdsmarkedsuddannelser. Vi spørger blandt andet, hvor uddannelserne i fremtiden skal sikre, at der er de rigtige kompetencer til den grønne omstilling.
