Victoria who also went by Vicki was living in Wiltshire, England and working as a physiotherapist enjoying life and loving her main hobby of skydiving. In the winter of 2009, Emile Cilliers walked into her place of work and soon after the two were married and they had two children of their own. However, Emile started putting the family into a lot of debt and for him there was only one way for him to get out of his financial situation.
