Do you find yourself doing everything BUT the hardest, most important work in your business? This episode is for you.

If you haven’t yet listened to episode 41, Sit Down and Work Challenge, be sure to give it a listen before diving into this episode.

Once you have culled your to-do list down to only your most essential work, it’s time to sit down and get shit done.

In this episode, I’m sharing my top five tips for doing your hardest work:

  • Double-checking that you’re doing the right work, in the right way for you
  • Reminding yourself why you’re choosing to do this work, in a way that actually creates motivation in your body
  • Naming the most intolerable emotion that you’re going to feel along the way, to remove some of your resistance
  • Do things differently than you normally do (I share a cool story about this in the episode!)
  • If all else fails, do the work while feeling terribly, and let that motivate you

Listen in for more details about each of my five tips.

And if you would like hands-on practice applying these five tips to your current workload, then join me live for the:
