Self care is often thrown around as something everyone should just know how to do. However, it's important to recognise that sometimes Self Care can feel impossible! You're overworked, mentally and physically exhausted, and possibly have children you need to support around you all the time. So what can you do? In these moments, how to we reground and recentre ourselves so we can move forward? It was recently half term, and the stars did not quite align with when everything else fell.
