Today we take a look at a pattern that is on the rise at Healthy Perspectives. People want to find their people. They spend a lot of time on the sideline looking and trying to "find" their people. We propose an alternative and provide sound reasoning for why you might want to start a group of people yourself. The selfish version is that you need a group anyway. However, there's more to it when we look at it culturally.
