Welcome back to Hear's a Solution. It's been a while since our last episode, and we want to express our gratitude for your patience and understanding during our hiatus. Today, we have a special episode as we return, and Chelsey and I are discussing some important topics that have impacted our team deeply.

Although our small and mighty team has been through a difficult period, we are committed to continuing the podcast. We will continue to explore Employee Relations, office dynamics, and the wonderful world of workplace conflict.
