This is a very unique episode of Her.Unlock Podcast! I am so excited to share with you a guided therapeutic tapping exercise to release feelings of overwhelm and cultivate contentment. If you want to know more about EFT make sure you check out episode 93 where I explain in detail about the modality while this episode is us actually doing this together.
Begin by rating your current level of overwhelm on a scale from zero to ten. Through rounds dedicated to activation, addressing, and releasing tension, you'll tap on various meridian points while reciting affirmations designed to accept, honor, and let go of overwhelming feelings. If necessary, repeat these rounds until your intensity drops to zero or is significantly reduced. Finally, solidify feelings of contentment, calm, and control by tapping and affirming positive statements. Take a few minutes post-session to integrate this new sense of peace, either by sitting quietly or journaling.
After completing this exercise let me know your thoughts, feelings, or anything that came up in this experience.
