In this episode, we’re going to talk about knowing and living in your principles, values, and purpose - and how doing this can keep you from overwhelm in the future.

 

Overwhelm can be hard for anyone, but if you’re a high achiever, it can be extra-hard.  But don’t worry, because I’ll continue to help you with the next steps in getting through that overwhelm.

 

I’m excited to dive in and share this strategy with you so that you can be on your way to finding relief from overwhelm, sweet soul.
