My answer is always in the Lord.  My favorite scripture is found in Isaiah 40:31 ”But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint” 

 

This reminder of where to focus when I lack hope is where my strength comes from.
