We have fellow coach, Cayla Buettner, on the podcast to talk about her deconditioning journey as a Reflector. Deconditioning is a term used by coaches and healers to discuss the idea of allowing the things that we were made to feel shame for, either by society, by other people in our lives, or even by ourselves, to be processed and healed, so we may move into a more aligned evolution of self. On this episode, we start the conversation and talk about some of the things that can cause shame and conditioning in Reflectors and hear the first hand account of Cayla’s deconditioning journey.
