Welcome back to the Deep Dive the Centers Series!  In this series, we dive deep into each Human Design center, and discover how the energy shows up for us in our real lives.  For each panel, we have two people with the center Defined and two with the center Undefined, so we can explore our similarities and differences.  In this first half of the discussion, we look at how the energy of the Spleen center shows up for us as individuals versus when we’re with others based on whether the center is Defined or Undefined in our charts.  The Spleen is the center of survival instinct, the senses, intuition, where many of our fears manifest, and is connected to the immune system.  We also dive into a few of the gates of the Spleen in this episode!  Join us!

Make sure to check your Human Design chart before listening to this episode!  Look to see if you have a defined (colored in) or undefined (white) Spleen center (the large triangle towards the bottom and all the way to the left side of the chart), so you can follow along with the conversation!

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
