I veckans avsnitt av MTR podcast möter vi Robby Wahlberg, gruppchef i AMS-projektet på MTR Tech. AMS är ett projekt som drivs ihop med trafikförvaltningen för att livstidsförlänga C20, den vanligaste tunnelbanevagnen. I AMS-projeket används det ett flertal nya och unika verktyg. Bland annat en visuell planering som underlättar struktur och engagemang bland alla medarbetare i projektet. Det har också vunnit bästa pris för bästa förbättringsarbete både hos MTR Nordic och MTR internationellt.
