My inspiring guest for today is Lisa Cooke. She is a Holistic Creative Art Therapist from the sunny Gold Coast in Queensland Australia. Lisa believes art is a tool to help us express the unexpressed, reflect on our life and gift ourselves the time to go ‘within’ to heal, grow and become more aware. She combines guided meditation with creative art activities to get people out of their busy minds and into their hearts. She shares how to let go of perfection, the inner critic, comparison and judgement when they create to allow more flow and freedom in their art and in their life.

Creativity is a gift! Lisa is passionate about sharing this very misunderstood and undervalued tool that we have been given to life a more fulfilling life.
