It got me thinking: "I wonder what our worlds would be like if we dared to give more of this kind of encouragement?"
High-value encouragement isn't the everyday, cheap, come-easy kind that is easily brushed off or quickly forgotten. It leaves an imprint, and an impact, and blesses the receiver and the giver. So, why don't we give it readily and easily? Because it requires vulnerability.
