Meanwhile, back in the swamp shack, their friend Kylie races to protect the twins' helpless bodies from the necromancer's ravenous hunger. A clash ensues, and when Bridgette and Lowell's souls return, he discovers new depths to his own magical gifts.
With more questions than answers, Bridgette and Lowell leave the swamp changed, marked by their journey to the other side. Their future and the origins of Bridgette's unchecked power now hang in the balance.
