Pinky Promise

Imagine being locked in your body without the ability to speak or communicate in any way. Brisa Alfaro was diagnosed with ‘Locked In Syndrome’. She had a pons stroke that caused her to be completely locked in her body with no movement except for her eyes for at least 2 months before she got some movement in one of her pinkies.   Brisa is now an author.
