Biografía
Destacada escritora dominicano-americana, profesora de Literatura y Lengua Española, y actual directora ejecutiva de la Feria Internacional del Libro de New Jersey. Nacida en Santiago de los Caballeros, República Dominicana, emigró a temprana edad a Estados Unidos, donde se estableció en el Bronx. Obtuvo una beca para cursar sus estudios en la Universidad de Saint Peter’s (NJ), y cuenta con una Maestría en Lengua y Cultura Española por la Universidad de Granada (España) y otra en Administración Escolar por la Universidad de Scranton (EE. UU.). Ha sido profesora universitaria y ha colaborado con programas educativos internacionales como CIEE. Su amor por la literatura, especialmente la poesía, la llevó a publicar su primer poemario Entre espejismos en 2024.
