Luisa Roman nació en Colombia y vive en Bay Shore, Nueva York, desde los 14 años. Es madre de Mateo y Noah, y dirige su empresa de consultoría, Pacific Strategic Consultants, donde impulsa el crecimiento de negocios liderados por hispanos. Fue Directora de Distrito de una senadora estatal y actualmente lidera The Knowledge Project. Tiene títulos en negocios y en educación bilingüe. Es mentora, defensora de la justicia social y coautora del libro Mujeres Que Se Atreven y Superan Límites. Su lema: “Los sueños no se cumplen, se trabajan”.
