نظریه‌ی «مثلث عشق» که رابرت استرنبرگ مطرحش کرده، یکی از معروف‌ترین مدل‌ها توی روانشناسی رابطه‌ست. طبق این مدل، عشق از ترکیب سه بُعد مختلف ساخته می‌شه که راجع بهش تو این اپیزود مفصل صحبت می‌کنیم؛ آشنایی با این ابعاد می‌تونه کمکمون کنه رابطه ی عاطفی‌مون رو بهتر بشناسیم، بهتر بسازیم یا حتی نجاتش بدیم. قراره در کنار هم بفهمیم یک عشق نسبتا کامل چه ویژگی‌هایی داره و ما باید چه انتظاراتی از اون داشته باشیم.
