سپیده علیزاده بعد از اینکه مدرک کارشناسی ارشد روانشناسی رو از دانشگاه گرفت به مدت پنج سال تو اجرای پروژه صندوق جهانی مبارزه با سل، ایدز و مالاریا تو ادارهٔ بهداشت‌ودرمان سازمان زندان‌ها فعالیت کرده و از سال ۱۳۸۸ موسسه نور سپید هدایت رو به عنوان یه مرکز کاهش آسیب ویژه بانوان با مجوز سازمان بهزیستی تهران راه انداخته، تا بتونه به کسانی کمک کنه که با وجود آسیب‌های زیادی که دیدن، کمتر بهشون توجه می‌شه.
با سپیده از فعالیت‌هایش برای زن‌ها و بچه‌ها آسیب‌دیده حرف زدیم و همین‌طور چالش‌هایی که توی این راه داشته.
