مهدی معماریانی و نسیم یادگار زوجی هستند که خودشان را کنشگر اجتماعی مدنی، معرفی میکنند، دکترای کارآفرینی دارند و علاقه و تخصصشان کارآفرینی اجتماعی است. از سال ۱۳۹۱ با هدف توانمندسازی زنانسرپرست خانوار و کمک به محیطزیست، کیسههای پارچهای تولید میکنند. اسم پروژهشان را هم گذاشتهاند مانیز. به این امید که کمک کنند جهان دیگری ساخته شود و با افتخار بتوانند بگویند ما نیز مردمی بودیم که تغییری را خواستیم و برای ایجادش گامی برداشتیم.
