امیرحسین تفرشی‌پور مهمان این قسمت، پزشک و موسیقی‌دان است. به خاطر علاقه‌‌اش به تنبور ده سال در منطقهٔ هورامان زندگی کرده. در این سال‌ها کار پزشکی انجام داده، تنبورنوازی کرده و زبان هورامی و کُردی یاد گرفته. تجربهٔ این سال‌هایش را به شکل موسیقی و آواز در آلبومی به اسم این همانی منتشر کرده.
با امیرحسین از علاقه‌ش به موسیقی و تنبورنوازی حرف زدیم و همین‌طور تجربه‌های پزشکی و زندگی در هورامان.
سعی کردیم بعضی از جاهایی که به موسیقی خاصی ارجاع داشت بخش کوتاهی از آن موسیقی را پخش کنیم تا برای شنونده‌ها حس آشناتری داشته باشد.
