Bon vendredi, aujourd'hui je reçois Annie Mathieu, Conseillère en Santé et Sécurité au Travail chez Hydro-Québec et Chargée de cours de deuxième cycle en santé organisationnelle. Cette fois-ci, un sujet qui touchera tous les auditeurs: le sommeil. Annie est une experte en la matière, ayant fait son doctorat au sein d'une clinique du sommeil.
Elle nous plongera dans les mécanismes du sommeil, nous révélant comment il affecte notre performance au travail, notre bien-être mental et physique. Quel a le rôle de l'horaire, de la routine et des écrans avec notre sommeil?
