Comúnmente la oración se asocia en gran medida por la idea de pedir. Sin embargo, el concepto judío de oración se define mejor por su palabra en hebreo “Tefilah”. La oración, o “tefilah” no se limita a pedir, sino que implica un proceso de autoconocimiento y acercamiento a Dios. En esencia, la oración puede ser más que una simple solicitud; puede ser un camino hacia una mayor comprensión de mi mismo y una conexión más profunda con Dios.
