With a bachelor's in International Relations (PUC-SP), a master's in Development and Humanitarian Emergencies (LSE), and a specialization in Urban Development (Oxford), he has led transformative urban projects in Brazil, Haiti, and Namibia. Currently, he is the senior manager for climate action at C40 Cities’ UrbanShift team, and he supports cities in advancing integrated climate strategies.
