Carla expresses her passion for creating an environment that is safe, free from technology and a place for young people to connect with their feelings and emotions. In her programmes, through the power of creativity, movement and mindfulness Carla is seeing wonderful development in her students. She explains the need to have more programmes like this in the education system, as evidence suggests that the practice of yoga for kids improves learning and general performance. With some countries already on the path to integrating this, Carla and her fellow ‘yogis’ are on a mission to promote yoga and give it the attention it deserves.
