Neville is the founder of the social media pages Benchwarmers, Gaelic craic and Rugby smacks; all totalling over 1 million followers! This episode shows how resilience, determination and the capability to think outside the box can lead to success. 

Neville describes how the traditional education system restricted his ability to demonstrate his true potential and since leaving school, he has taken control and used his skillset to great effect. With every journey starting with a single step, this episode will inspire listeners to take their first step towards creating their dream job - which may not even exist yet!
