I think we need to address a big piece of the puzzle of an organized life: feeling good. And more specifically - feeling good about the way we look.

I know, feeling good about the way you look isn’t EVERYTHING…but isn’t it something? Have you noticed how much better life feels on a good hair day? Or when you have something new to wear?

There is an invisible connection between how we take care of ourselves on the outside - and how we feel on the inside. And in this episode, we talk about three easy, fun, and practical ways we can level up our self care so we can feel good.
