What does making amends mean anyway? in AA it is a way of saying I am sorry for my actions while in addiction. For many saying I’m sorry or taking accountability for your actions is hard to do. We look at it as a character flaw or a weakness. Whether in AA or struggling with your past actions, making amends is an easy way to free yourself from your past.
