John Axelsson är professor och sömnforskare och har lång erfarenhet som forskargruppsledare vid Karolinska Institutet men driver idag huvuddelen av sin forskning vid Stressforskningsinstitutet vid Stockholms universitet, där han är ansvarig för ett nybyggt sömnforskningslabb.
Vi pratar om allt du behöver veta kring sömn kopplat till den senaste forskningen och vi slår hål på en del myter. Men vi pratar också om viktiga saker man kan göra för sömnen, kopplat till prestation och långlevnad, som sällan uppmärksammas.
