Episode 029 of the Mishmash Podcast is the first in a series focusing on parenting. Gender roles have shifted considerably since I was growing up in the '80s and '90s, as have modern parenting approaches. Having a daughter, in particular, has opened my eyes to the need for female representation in the workplace, as well as the importance of setting a solid example, as a father, at home. In Episode 029, I got to sit down with my good friend Jon Korellis to explore some of these topics. Jon is a phenomenal basketball coach and skills trainer, a talented special education teacher, an exceptional supervisor at a special needs school, and, most importantly, a Girl Dad of two.
