--->GET PART 2 EARLY @ PATREON.COM/milsurpHQ

Holy smokes this one is jammed packed with topics, so much so that we had to make it a two-parter!

This part is the "Interview Segment", where we pry deep into Ian's collection and find out what he has-- the % Modern, MILSURP, French, & "Forgotten" forearms, and see how his collection grew from his first Sporterized Swedish Mauser MILSURP to what it is today.

Then we discuss Ian's three published books a bit and even have an exclusive reveal of  the topic of one of the next books in the works!

We proceed to get into the newest and biggest project he has going on- the "History of Weapons & War" app and the site over at weaponsandwar.tv! What is there, why it's there, who is there, and what will be there... all this is answered and will answer all of your questions about "why an app?".

Part 2 coming up is almost 2 hours of basically MILSURP questions only, but at the end of Part 1 we get into some as well when we play a little Trivia.

Machine guns, H&K G11s, Czech semi-autos, anti-tank rifles and Russian contract guns are all in the game and discussed before we sign off Part 1....

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
