"Good At Being Alone" is a song about the balance between being social and needing solitude. As an introvert, I love spending time with friends and family, going out, and meeting new people—but I also need space to recharge. It's not about isolation; it's about finding peace in being alone.
One of my favorite lines in the song is, "I'm just a mammal in the sea, I need to surface just to breathe." That’s exactly how I feel about life—I dive into social experiences, but every so often, I need to step away, decompress, and create. That’s what this song is about: not loneliness, but the joy of solitude.
