Picture this: I had a BIG client appointment that could have scaled my business to the next level. I was prepared, early even… but then, the unthinkable happened—I couldn’t find my keys! After frantically searching, time ran out and I had to cancel the meeting. Talk about frustrating!
That was a huge wake-up call for me. I had to admit what was costing me my organization and create new systems so something like this would never happen again. I had to train myself to be more organized and efficient, which I now teach in the Inner Circle.
In our team huddles, we focus on identifying those key things (people, places, and habits) that slow us down so we can take control of our time, energy, and money like the MVPs we are.
