NA'ALEH YOGA: Nidra Journeys for Deep Rest+
Close Your Eyes and Stay Awake...
This Nidra journey is rooted in the mystical energy of the Hebrew month of Tammuz, a time traditionally associated with the rectification of sight—not just physical seeing, but the sacred act of inner vision. In this practice, you’ll be gently guided through the inner landscape of your body, breath, and memory using color, imagery, and kavanah/sankalpa (intention).
Tammuz is a month of destruction and burning, but also one of re-alignment—where our ability to truly see can begin again from the inside out.
This traditionally structured Yoga Nidra meditation focuses on inner sight and offers a color and memory visualization to support your exploration of your mind and heart. This practice is designed to help you relax, heal, and reconnect with your wholeness.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
