- Balance Confidence + Comfort as your base (breathe to realign)
- Tune into the current environment for ice breakers (be present and use your senses)
- Compliment/be curious about physical attributes, energy, presence
- Ping-pong things about them back to relevant stories about you
- Take initiative to guide conversations to stay in a ‘ping-pong’ balance
