Guitarist and keyboardist Andrew Autin was born in Metairie, Louisiana and raised by fans of crooners like Perry Como and Johnny Mathis. But bands like Metallica and KISS, he will say, changed his life. And through a musician's ear, he sought to pay tribute through the formation of several cover bands playing everything from weddings to corporate events and concert venues. Andrew's bands are the Mojeaux Band, Rock Show NOLA, Phase 5, and The Generators. Rock Show NOLA, for instance, plays covers from six bands only; Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, KISS, Journey Stix and Foreigner. His covers are precise renditions of the originals, down to every single sound, and have landed gigs in places like the superdome for Microsoft and on set for the filming of Contraband with Mark Walberg. His passion for music is unmatched. His acumen in business, as well as music, is something to be admired. And his talent is something for which we should all be thankful.
