Vår FOG (Förberedande OrienteringsGrupp) har blivit digital! I detta avsnitt så pratar jag med psykolog Isac Blixt om FOG´s nya skepnad och varför vi valt att göra den digitalt. Initialt var FOG en idé för att ge de patienter, som står på väntelista till behandling, en chans att förbereda sig inför sin behandling. Då vi inte kan ha grupper på plats på grund av Corona gör vi dessa delar tillgängliga på vår hemsida att ta del av när man vill. Vi tar även upp annat viktigt som väntelista, konsultation och vägen framåt för OCD-behandling.
