Based in the Permian Basin–in the heart of the EnergyPlex–NHF (New Horizons Foundation) is working with Industry Partners, Federal Laboratories and Companies around the world; assisting the private sector to drive innovation throughout the Permian Basin.
New Horizons Foundation assists in developing new ideas by working with entrepreneurs and inventors to turn their ideas into reality. New Horizons Foundation was formed in 2011 with the purpose of creating a place where business, community, academic, and other related resources can interact without the restrictions normally associated with this process, and without the boundaries of owned assets.
