With a supportive and encouraging approach, over 35 years experience as a riding coach and horse trainer, certified in mindset techniques that build confidence, and being a recovered anxious rider, she provides effective, proven strategies that develop a positive, confident mindset and strengthen the connection between riders and their horses.
Anne is the author of Confident Rider Confidence Horse and has articles published in several equestrian magazines. Anne works with riders from around the world on Zoom in her 1:1 Breakthrough program and group coaching in her membership, The Horse Riding Confidence Club.
