"Ego" proviene del latín que significa ‘yo’. O sea que “ego” y “yo” básicamente significan lo mismo. Y el sentido de uno mismo, por supuesto, es importante para poder funcionar en el mundo.
En este episodio veremos que el problema no es que tengamos sentido de quiénes somos, sino cuando ello se ve influenciado por ideas o emociones que lo distorsionan. El problema no es el ego, el problema es el egocentrismo o el egoísmo. Pongámoslo de otra manera. El problema no soy yo, es el “yocentrismo” o “yoísmo”.
