One day, with family and friends' support, she filed for divorce in Trumbull County's family court. The subsequent events in Carol Lynne's case will shock our audience like never before.
Carol Lynne was almost murdered by her ex-spouse Leby Sassya. It appears he decided to use the family court and appellate court as a weapon against Carol Lynne.

She has been separated from her children for reporting human bite marks and other abusive and violent acts on her children and herself.
