Jesus spent most of his time teaching people about God’s Kingdom (or Kin-dom), and used this unique teaching tool – parables – to engage people. They are creative and thought-provoking, relevant and insightful. Jesus also used these stories to teach people about the values of this new way of love and justice…this counter-cultural way of being human.
AND…they are more applicable to our context than we could ever imagine!
