In this episode, we tackle the concept of Happiness. This is a concept that is hard to define for most people, but we try our best to break down what this concept means to us, and to others looking to understand it. To provide a backbone to our discussion, we use Aristotle’s concept of Happiness as he defined with his own philosophy. We look at the four levels of Happiness expressed by Aristotle and try to define it as best as we can. We then use these levels to show what Happiness means to us, using our own lives to provide context for that feeling.
