L'estime de soi est un concept complexe et abstrait dont on retrouve plusieurs définitions mais aucune n'a fait l'objet d'un consensus à ce jour. Par contre, on s'entend généralement pour dire que l'estime de soi est liée à la stabilité émotive, à la motivation, à la satisfaction personnelle et au bonheur. Mais qu'en est-il vraiment ?
Dans le cadre de cet épisode, nous tentons de mettre en lumière en quoi consiste l'estime de soi, et comment le fait d'estimer sa personne (se valoriser ou s'estimer) peut conduire un jour ou l'autre à ressentir de l'infériorité et de la dévalorisation. Bonne écoute !
