Yuritzy (she/ her/ ella) is a first-gen immigrant from Michoacan, Mexico who after years of overworking and burning out in the non-profit world she decided to open up her coaching business. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and trauma-informed somatic coach, she supports entrepreneurs & change-makers transform their self-doubt through nervous system regulation so they feel safe and worthy in living their most aligned life & business. Yuritzy also incorporates intergenerational, collective, and systemic trauma analysis to give clients context to where their self-doubt and other blocks originated. While also supporting clients in identifying their inherent gifts to feel confident and at peace with their life and business.
